Rose Customs Web & Design provides web design and related services as described on our Site. The specific terms of each service, including deliverables, timelines, and payment terms, will be outlined in separate agreements provided at the time of service.

- Respect intellectual property rights and not attempt to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use content on our Site without permission.

All content on our Site, including designs, graphics, logos, and text, is owned by Rose Customs Web & Design or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

All fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement. Payment terms, including deposit amounts, final payment, and refund policy, will be specified in that agreement. Failure to make payments on time may result in service delays or termination of our contract.

We provide a set number of revisions per project up to a month after your Site has gone live. Additional revisions may incur extra fees, which will be outlined and agreed upon before any additional work is done.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rose Customs Web & Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangibles.

Our Site and services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Site and services, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any unlawful or prohibited activity.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" at the top will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our Site and services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Minnesota/United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Site and services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Minnesota/United States.
